Hero MotoCorp, one of the largest two-wheeler manufacturers in the world, has launched the 2019 Hero Maestro Edge 125 and Hero Pleasure Plus scooters in India. The Maestro Edge 125 is available by May end and the Pleasure Plus by the June end.
Hero Maestro Edge 125
The new 2019 Hero Maestro Edge 125 is offered in Carburetor and Fuel Injection (FI) variants. Hero also claims that 2019 Maestro Edge 125 is India's first scooter that comes with Fuel Injection technology. The scooter comes with a host of features such as telescopic forks, semi-digital instrument console, external fuel filler cap, USB charging, front disc brake, i3S system on Carb variant. It is powered by an i3S (idle Start Stop System) 124.6cc engine that delivers 8.7PS power for Carburetor variant, 9.1PS power for FI variant and 10.2Nm torque is common for both.
Hero Pleasure Plus
The new 2019 Hero Pleasure Plus is powered by a 110cc engine that delivers 8PS power and 8.7Nm of torque. Coming to the updates, the scooter gets a revised design, new graphics and 130mm drum brakes at front and rear.

Coming to the market rivalry, Hero Maestro Edge 125 competes with all 125cc scooters in the segment such as TVS Ntorq 125 and Honda Activa 125 whereas the Hero Pleasure Plus goes against the likes of Honda Activa 5G and TVS Jupiter.
