The Italian super sports bike maker Ducati has launched Ducati Hypermotard 950 bike in India at a price of Rs 11.99 lakh. Replacing the previous Hypermotard 939, the 2019 Hypermotard 950 gets the redefined engine, design updates and host of electronic aids.
Known for its stylish looks, aggressiveness and hyper riding, the new 2019 Ducati Hypermotard 950 styling features include broad handlebar, USB power socket, removable passenger foot pegs, Anti-theft alarm, heated grips and twin under-seat exhaust.
It is powered by a 937cc engine that delivers 113.5PS power, 96Nm of torque and paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike also features three riding modes-Sport, Touring and Urban along with three-way adjustable cornering ABS, DTC (Ducati Traction Control) EVO and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO.
For rider assist, the bike gets 4.3-inch TFT display with DMS (Ducati Multimedia System) which enables the user to answer phone calls, select and play music tracks, and receive text notifications via Bluetooth technology. Its user-friendly menu also provides navigation and riding modes with dedicated colours.
LED DRLs, handguard integrated front LED turn indicators, 17-inch spoke wheels with Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres, Marzocchi aluminium fully adjustable upside-down front suspension, monoshock single-sided swingarm rear suspension, dual 320mm disc at the front and 245mm disc at the rear are the standard features of the Hypermotard 950.
