Rana Daggubati's forthcoming release is 'Ghazi'. Being made based on the true events, the trailer of 'Ghazi' got unveiled today. Directed by Sankalp, this submarine war drama, also stars Taapsee Pannu in a Bangladesh refugee role.
The 'Ghazi' trailer is looking ambitious and patriotic than expected. Rana will be seen as Lieutenant commander Arjun. Plot wise, the movie revolves around the Indian Navy operation on Pakistan submarine 'Ghazi' which aims to destroy the Indian Navy's aircraft carrier INS Vikrant. The trailer also reveals the same.
The visuals in the trailer have edited in a way that they assure enough suspense to the viewers. In this point of view, editor Sreekar Prasad has succeeded decently. The BGM by Krishna Kumar also makes you experience the gripping visual narration of the trailer. But, what's making 'Ghazi' trailer look a grand visual affair is the visual effects of submarine and underwater war sequences. These elements capture the watchers' gaze instantly and remain hooked big time. One thing is for sure that the trailer of 'Ghazi' definitely escalates the expectations on the movie.
Also starring, Atul Kulkarni, Nassar and late Om Puri, the film is scheduled to hit the theatres on February 17.
