With the completion of five-phase elections across the country, it seems there is a severe change in the political equations where the ruling BJP is lagging behind and nowhere near to form the next government, thanks to the regional parties like TRS, YSRCP, BJD, AAP who are doing big in the Lok Sabha elections.
Sensing the BJP's defeat, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who is backing Modi with his brainchild project of floating Federal Front has changed his plan and giving feelers to Congress party. If the reports are to be believed, KCR who has his own surveys had predicted the latest developments and seeking help from other regional parties who are having good clout with the Congress party.
In the latest development, Rao has reportedly had a discussion with Karnataka Chief Minister Kumaraswamy and seeked his help in his foray into Congress coalition. He also sought the MK Stalin's support in the matter concerned.
Known for his tremendous political lobbying skills, TRS Chief can charm anyone at any given time. So it is to wait and see till May 23 how things go and what would be the lean man's game of plan.
However, it is an embarrassing situation for KCR to face Congress high command as the former is giving a death blow to the Telangana Congress by encouraging the party defections. Let's wait and see whether Congress would forgive KCR forgetting the past.
