After a massive victory in the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy is yet to take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. He is the third youngest politician to become the CM. Earlier it was N Chandrababu Naidu and Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy who garnered the chair at a very young age.
It is a great sign as the country is taking a new direction with the youngsters making their foray into politics with a pure intention to serve the people. Off late, the political leaders in the likes of KTR, Lokesh, Pawan Kalyan from two Telugu states and Tej Pratap, Kanhayya, Akhilesh Yadav, etc., have tested their fates in the political spectrum but only a few got succeeded.

Jagan Mohan Reddy
After the mysterious death of the then Chief Minister YS Rajshekar Reddy, Jagan Mohan Reddy floated the political party YSR Congress Party at the age of 36 is all set to take oath as CM after wait for ten long years. The 46-year-old is the third youngest to become CM.
N Chandrababu Naidu
The Telugu Desam Party president and former Chief Minister became the CM at the age of 44 in 1994 and stood as inspiration for many youngsters in politics and business arena as well. The leader of the Yellow camp served the erstwhile state of AP from 1994 to 2004 and bifurcated state of Andhra Pradesh from 2014-2019.
Kiran Kumar Reddy
One cannot let down this former Chief Minister who served the state in the difficult situations when there was a huge agitation for separate Telangana statehood. He was 48 then and was the last Chief Minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh.
M O H Farook
MOH Farook became the Chief Minister of the union territory of Puducherry at a very young age of 29 years.
Prafulla Kumar Mohanta
The founder of Asom Gana Parishad party who served the state for a couple of terms 1985–1990 and 1996–2001 is the student leader and president of All Assam Students Union. He was also crowned at the age of 34.
The Maharashtrian leader who broke out from Indian national Congress, launched his own party with the name National Congress Party (NCP) and went on to become the CM of the biggest state at the age of 39.
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav became the Chief Minister of the bigger state Uttar Pradesh at the age of 38. Being the son of Mulayam Singh Yadav helped him to reach up to the post of Chief Minister.
