Undoubtedly, no one is exception for attaining the stunning body Shilpa Shetty possesses currently. But, we all agree that it isn't that easy to maintain that curved-figure in 40s. The Baazigar actress's unstoppable dedication towards her workouts and diet regimen since years have brought her current tender physique.

Not only yoga but she is also interested in cardio and strength training by following a strict diet. We feel this could be the secret behind her toned body, slender waistline and svelte figure.

Now as a YouTuber, she is enjoying the fruit of success. Many people are subscribers of her YouTube channel where she shares healthy recipes and fitness tips.

Shilpa advises the young to try yoga. She used to say yoga helps to align our body's chakras and strengthen our inner confidence. Once you are emotionally strong, how people perceive you, does not affect your personality. Yoga is the need of the hour.

Today (June 8), on the occasion of Shilpa Shetty's birthday, EeYuva has brought to you a few of her workout videos to fill you with some fitspiration.

Virbhadrasana (variation 1 and 2) flow... Love this asana, it’s like a deep lunge. Opening up the hips, quadriceps, inner thighs, calves. It also tones and stretches the entire front of your body arms, abdominal muscles, it opens up your chest and lungs (when hands are up). This asana is great for the back and works on stretching and making the spine more flexible. The range of movement in the feet increases circulation ,warming the muscles. Building this pose works on your concentration and sharpens your balance and energy. Whoa!!! One asana (variation) and so many benefits! No wonder it’s called the “Warrior Pose”. Symbolising our inner ability to overcome our ego, our inner warrior challenges us to focus on strength, courage, balance and do it confidently with practice, making us triumphant in the War of Life! . . #virbhadrasana #warriorpose #yoga #yogi #yogahacks #mondaymotivation #winner #balance #strength #gratitude #yogalife #yogainspiration #swasthrahomastraho

Workout of the Day - Starting with Parivritta Parsvakonasana and moving into Pasarita Padottasana. Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Revolved Side Angle Pose) helps strengthen the chest, back, quadriceps and calf muscles. This asana also aids indigestion, constipation, acidity, and it also tones the abdomen. Opens up the chest helps bronchitis, asthma and breathing problems, whereas Prasarita Padottanasana stretches hamstrings, calves, glutes and lower back. It is also good for stress, anxiety and depression, as it increases blood flow to the brain, benefitting the eyes and hair growth. 🙏🏼 #mondaymotivation #yoga #yogi #yogaasana #morningritual #health #fitness #yogalife #yogainspiration
