Lenovo P2 smartphone will be made available in India on 11 January. The company revealed that it will be exclusively available via Flipkart. And to recall, it was first unveiled at IFA 2016 in Septempber, 2016 and was made available in several other countries initially. Lenovo P2 which is expected to cost around Rs 18,000 sports an amazing battery of 5100 mAh capacity. Equipped with fast charging capability, its active standby is up to 32 days (4G) and talk time up to 78.69 hours (4G).
Lenovo P2 smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is powered by 2.0 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 processor. It has a unibody metal design and comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It has a 13 MP rear camera that allows HD video recording with LED flash and 5 MP selfie camera.
P2 comes in 3 GB / 4 GB RAM variants and inbuilt storage of either 32 GB / 64 GB that can be expandable via microSD card up to 128 GB. P2 is a dual-sim smartphone that supports two nano sims and offers 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.1, FM radio.
We have a very less number of smartphones with such a high capacity batteries on the market. Panasonic P75 which has 5000 mAh battery, Xiaomi Mi Max with 4850 mAh battery, Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC550KL) (2016) with 5000 mAh battery, Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro with 5000 mAh battery, Gionee Marathon M5 Plus with 5020 mAh battery, for instance. But remember, the latter two are the older ones (released in 2015) and most of these handsets cost higher than Lenovo P2.
