Granola Bars

It is a crunchy, healthy and delicious bar. Melt two tablespoon butter in a saucepan with 1/3 cup each of honey and brown sugar along with a pinch of salt. Roll it in a cup of oats, a cup each chopped nuts and dried prunes, and finally in two tablespoons wheat germ. Press into a parchment-lined square pan, bake for 30 minutes and then cut into bars.

Pepperoni Pizza Bread

It is a easy and tasty recipe, loads of mozzarella cheese makes your guests to crave for it. Brush the baked bread with extra virgin olive oil, and then top it with tomato sauce, grated mozzarella, parmesan and sliced pepperoni and olives. Broil until bubbly.

Mustard Mayonnaise

Take mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them well. Season it with salt, pepper, lime juice and olive oil. Cover and leave it for 30 minutes. Then, spread one tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on one side of a wholegrain bread slice. Cut each bread slice into 6 pieces. Divide the mixture among bread slices. Transfer to platter and serve.

Pineapple Upside Down Cakes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray your muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, white sugar, and pineapple juice. Beat for two minutes. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the wet ingredients and turn mixer back on for two minutes. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and add the brown sugar. Stir on low heat for one minute. Pour the mixture into a baking tray and spread the pineapple slices over cake batter. Add a cherry in the middle of each pineapple ring. Bake it for 30-35 minutes, until a wooden pick in the centre of cakes comes out clean. De-mould and serve with warm custard.

Stuffed Prunes

Stuff individual Prune with different fillings such as Salted Almond/ Gems/ Salted Cashews/ Roasted Pistachio/ Extra strong mints. Plate it on silver ware and serve.
