No Bake Chocolate Cheese Cake

Whatever the occasion it might be, it is incomplete without having a slice of cake. Here is the preparation of the yummy 'Chocolate Cheese Cake' sans baking. Have a look.

  • 1 cup cheese

  • ½ cup cookie crumbs

  • ½ cup condensed milk

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream and liquid chocolate for garnishing


  1. Mix the bread crumbs and butter in a bowl and spread the bread crumbs mixture on to the greased baking tray. Spread it evenly and slightly press it with a spatula.

  2. Stir the cheese and cocoa powder in another bowl until a smooth paste is formed.

  3. Stir continuously by adding condensed milk, vanilla essence in batches to avoid lumps.

  4. Pour the cheesy mixture over bread crumbs mixture and spread it evenly with a spatula. Refrigerate the tray for 5-6 hours.

Garnish it with whipped cream and liquid chocolate to enhance the look and taste...

No Bake Lava Cup Cake

Ummm! Cup cake... Who doesn't love it? The delicious cup cake centred with the hot chocolate lava makes you go gaga over it.

  • Biscuits powder - 1 cup

  • Liquid chocolate - 1 cup + Extra for filling


  1. Choose the biscuits as per your taste and follow the recipe as shown below to prepare the no-bake cookies. Make the biscuits into a fine powder and make it into a dough consistency by adding liquid chocolate.

  2. Take a small cup and cover the inner part with a plastic sheet. Take a small portion of dough and place it in a cup. Spread the dough to the sides of the cup and make a hollow space in the middle of the cup. It's time to fill the hollow space with a chocolate liquid. Cover the top with a spoonful of dough.

  3. Take it out from the cup and carefully separate from the plastic sheet. Do the same for the remaining dough.

No Bake Cookies

Have you ever devoured no bake cookies? If not, they try it out and make it for your sweetheart.



  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup dates

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Blend all the ingredients into a fine powder except chocolate chips and butter. Then add butter in batches and stir it well to get a dough like consistency. Now stir in chocolate chips.

  • Take a spoonful of dough and place it in a parchment paper and gently press it with a spatula/ hands to get a cookie shape. One can also use heart-shaped moulds to surprise your special ones.

You can decorate the cookies with any cream or jam to enhance the look.
