Ingredients You Need
Eggs - 8
Boneless chicken - ¼ Kg
Curd - ½ cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Spices powder - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 4 cloves
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Note: You can also add chopped bell peppers and cheese to the omelette.
Beat the eggs along with curd, spices powder, turmeric and salt into a bowl. Chop the garlic and chicken into small pieces. Roast the chicken pieces and garlic with butter on heated pan and transfer them into a plate.
Preparation Of Tandoori Omelette
Pour half of the beaten egg mixture onto the pan, then top it with the roasted chicken and garlic pieces. Let it cook for sometime.
Now, pour the remaining egg mixture over the chicken and garlic mixture. Roast it well until both the sides cooked well.
Garnish the Tandoori Omelette with coriander leaves and take it off the flame.
