Method To Prepare Mutton Liver Masala
Take the mutton pieces into a bowl and add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well with your hand.
Then pressure cook this marinated mutton by adding some water (2-3 cups) for 5 whistles on a medium flame.
When the air goes off in the cooker, remove the lid and again on the stove and let it cook for few more minutes until the water reduces completely. Off the flame and set it aside.
Now heat 3-4 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the whole spices, chopped onions, curry leaves, green chillies and let them saute for few minutes.
When the onions turn golden brown, add the cooked mutton liver and gently mix it.
Then add the pepper powder, coriander powder to the mutton and mix them well.
