Samosa, who doesn't love this finger-licking snack? As it's one of the most popular street food snacks all over the country. People right from the children to elders, everyone love this age-old mouth-watering snack. And, it's no doubt that we never get bored of samosas.

Ingredients For Samosa Dough
All purpose flour - 1 cup + 2 tbsp extra
Semolina - 2 tbsp
Carom seeds - ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water as required
Ingredients For Samosa Stuff
Boiled and grated potato - 2 (large sized)
Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
Crushed coriander seeds - ½ tsp
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
Method For Dough Preparation
Combine all the 'Samosa Dough' ingredients and knead them to get a fine dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and set it aside for 30 minutes.
Method For Samosa Stuff
Take grated potato into a bowl and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander seeds, dry mango powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, salt, coriander leaves and mix them well.
Preparation Of Pinwheel Samosa
Now, organise the dough into equal parts and shape them into a round ball. Spread the dough like chapati by using a roller.
Apply prepared samosa stuff over chapati dough in a uniform way. Roll the chapati dough tightly as shown in the gif.
Cut the rolled dough into ½ inch thickness as shown in the gif. Mix the remaining 2 tbsp of dough in a small amount of water and rest it aside.
Dip the dough-samosa mixture in dough liquid and take them into a plate.
Heat the oil in a wok and deep fry the prepared dough until golden brown and take them into a paper-lined plate to drain the excess oil.
