Many times, you might have tasted a burger in your favourite food spot. But have you ever tasted an 'Omelette Burger'? Yes, you heard it right! Apart from your regular king sized burgers, this time try out this yummy yet healthy burger.

One can prepare this delicious burger with minimal ingredients and that too in very less time. By the way, you can have it either for your breakfast or as your evening snack. Have a look at the preparation doled out by the chef Sanjeev Kapoor...


  • Butter - 3 tsp

  • Oil - 1 tsp

  • Burger buns - 2

  • Egg - 2

  • Pepper powder - a pinch

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala - a pinch

  • Cheese slice - 1

  • Chopped onions - 1 tsp

  • Tomato slices - 2

  1. Firstly, halve the burger buns and set them aside.

  2. Heat a tsp of butter and oil in a pan and roast the buns on both the sides and move them aside of the pan making space in the centre of the pan.

  3. Add a tsp of butter and beat the egg and sprinkle some salt, pepper powder, chaat masala on the egg. Place a cheese slice on it and place the bun over it and set it aside.

  4. Again, add a tsp of butter and beat another egg and sprinkle some salt, pepper, chaat masala, chopped onion, tomato slices and place the bun over it.

  5. Place the first prepared bun omelette on this one as shown in the video.

  6. That's it! The yummy 'Burger Omelette' is ready to serve now. Follow the same procedure for another bun.
