Ingredients You Need
Eggs - 4
Sliced button mushrooms - 8-10
Freshly chopped jalapeno - 1
Chopped tomatoes - 2 (medium sized)
Sliced onions - 2 (medium sized)
Chopped green chillies - 2
Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder to taste
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method To Prepare 'Mushroom Omelette'...
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt, black pepper powder, then set it aside. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, ginger, onions and saute them until the onions become translucent.
Now add chopped tomatoes, chopped jalapeno, sliced mushrooms, salt, black pepper powder and let them cook until done. Then goes schezwan sauce and give a quick stir.
It's time to add beaten eggs and pour it evenly over cooking the mushroom mixture.
Finally, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, a little amount of oil over the omelette and let it cook on a low flame with closed lid until it is done.
