The sizzling hot summer has come to an end and our favourite mangoes are disappearing slowly. And being a mango lover, it's time to eat more and more mangoes as much as we can. Besides devouring that fresh yellowish fruit, prepare some delicious mango dessert.
And today yet we are here with one more summer special 'Mango Falooda' doled out by the chef Ranveer Brar that one should not miss this summer. Here we go!
Ingredients You Need
Agar Agar - 5 gms
Rose syrup as required
Mango - 1 (Peeled into thin stripes)
Mango cubes - ½ cup
Mango pulp - ¼ cup
Sabja seeds - ¼ cup (soaked)
Pistachios and almonds - ¼ cup (peeled & blanched)
Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream as required
Milk - ¼ cup
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
