The love for mangoes is a never ending story for most of the people. Be it a fruit or a kaccha mango, they just love it. Besides having the fresh fruits, mangoes when added to any dish, just enhance the taste of the recipe.
Well! The mango season is almost completed but listen, the celebration of mangoes is not yet completed. As today is 'National Mango Day'. So dear mango lovers, here we EeYuva have doled out a delectable yet healthy 'Mango Chia Seeds Pudding' for you. Have it and enjoy this special day.
Ingredients You Need
Mangoes - 2 (cubed)
Chia seeds - ¼ cup
Coconut milk - ¾ cup
Almond milk - ¼ cup
Maple syrup - 2-3 tbsp
Preparation Of Mango Chia Pudding
Into a bowl combine coconut milk, almond milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup, chia seeds and whisk them well. Cover the bowl and freeze it for an hour.
Now blend the cubed mangoes by adding a tbsp of maple syrup into a smooth puree and set it aside. Keep some mango pieces aside for garnishing.
Now take the serving glasses and add 2-3 tbsp of soaked chia seeds at the bottom and then top it with 2-3 tbsp of mango puree. Finally, garnish with the chopped mangoes. You can also add more layers of chia seeds and mango puree alternatively.
