Bhendi/ Okra is one of the regular veggies that we include in our menu. Bhendi masala, Bhendi fry, Bhendi pulusu are the most common bhendi recipes that we often prepare at our condo. Well! Besides delicious curries, we can also make crunchy snack 'Kurkuri Bhendi' with this gluey vegetable where you can serve it along with your evening cuppa.

Bhendi - 500 g
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Dried mango powder - ½ tsp
Oil for deep frying
Whole spices powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Gram flour - 4 tbsp
Method To Prepare Kurkuri Bhendi
Chop bhendi into thin strips and add chilli powder, dried mango powder, chaat masala, whole spices powder, salt and mix them well.
Sprinkle the gram flour over bhendi and mix them well until bhendi coated well with the spices and gram flour.
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bhendi until golden brown. Do the same process until done. Transfer them into a paper-lined plate to drain the excess oil.
That's it! The crispy and yummy 'Kurkuri Bhendi' is ready to hit your tummies...
