Dosa! A regular breakfast recipe for many of us, right? Yes! As it is simple to prepare and also keeps our tummy full for a longer time with its amazing taste. Well! Today we are here with a simple yet delicious 'Ragi Dosa' to add to your breakfast menu. It's not only tasty but also healthy as the ragi flour in it helps to keep our body cool in this scorching summer.

So, have this summer-friendly 'Ragi Dosa' and satiate your hunger pangs. Here we go!

Ingredients

  • Ragi/ Finger millet flour - 1 cup

  • Rice flour - ½ cup

  • Split black gram flour - ¼ cup

  • Yoghurt - 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Dried red chillies - 2

  • Coriander seeds - ½ tsp

  • Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp

  • Water as required

  • Oil as required

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients - red chillies, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and little water into a coarse paste.

  2. Into a bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour, black gram flour, prepared paste, yoghurt, required water, salt and mix them well into a smooth batter. You can add little water to get that right batter consistency. Set them aside for at least 3-4 hrs.

  3. Thereafter, heat the pan and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it into a dosa. Drizzle some oil on it and roast it well on both the sides.
