We are here with the super delicious drink 'Kesar Piyush' made by the Chef Ranveer Brar. Give it a quick look and try it out today...
Kesar Shrikhand – 1½ cups
Yoghurt – 2 cups
Milk – ¾ cup
Nutmeg powder – 1 tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Suagr – 2-3 tbsp
A few saffron strands (soaked in hot water)
Chopped pistachios to garnish
Blend all the ingredients yoghurt, milk, kesar shrikhand, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, sugar and saffron strands into a smooth mixture.
Pour the concoction into a glass and garnish it with the pistachios and a few saffron strands.
Note: You can freeze it and have it chilled...
