Ingredients You Need
Baby potatoes - 500 gm
Mustard oil to deep fry
Curd - 1 cup
Fennel powder - 1 tbsp
Dried ginger powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Black cardamom - 1
Cloves - 2-3
Caraway seeds - ½ tsp
A pinch of asafoetida
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
