Method To Prepare Grilled Fish
First, cut the fish fillets into equal portions and put them into a bowl.
Now add the lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and coat the fish pieces well.
Thereafter, add the chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and an egg to the fish pieces. Gently mix them well and rest it 15-20 minutes. Thereafter, add the rice flour and mix it again with your hand.
Now smear oil on the grilled pan and place the marinated fish pieces. Grill them both the sides until a slight golden brown colour is seen. Make sure that you turn the fish only once as they are very tender and can be cooked easily.
Finally, transfer the grilled fish pieces into a plate and garnish them with coriander and onion rings.
