There is no need to say about the fish lovers, as whatever the recipe made out with the fish they like it to the core. Well! What about non-fish lovers? Here is a fish recipe, that even a non-fish lover too devour it with much excitement. And, it's nothing but the 'Fish Kabiraji Cutlet', which is one of the popular Kolkata street foods.
So, today we are here with the recipe doled out the Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. We bet that you definitely fall for it. Here we go!
Fish fillets – 400 gm
Whisked eggs – 2
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dried bread crumbs – 1 cup
Eggs – 2 (to prepare cutlet)
Oil to deep fry
Ingredients For Masala
2 medium onions (cut into pieces)
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger piece
Garlic cloves – 2-3
Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
Water as required

Preparation Of 'Fish Kabiraji Cutlet'
Blend all the masala ingredients by adding a little water into a fine paste and set it aside.
Take the fish pieces into a bowl and add lemon juice, required salt and mix well.
Then add the prepared paste to the fish pieces and gently mix them until the fish coats well with the masala.
Now dip these marinated fish pieces in the whisked eggs and then in the bread crumbs and set them aside.
Meanwhile beat another 2 eggs in a small bowl by adding little salt and a tbsp of water. Set this aside.
Now heat the oil in a wok and deep fry one of the marinated fish piece and dish it out. Then sprinkle some portion of the prepared egg mixture over the oil and place the fried fish piece over it and wrap it as shown in the video.
Follow the same procedure for rest of the fish pieces.
The soft, crunchy and mouth-watering 'Fish Kabiraji Cutlet' is ready to devour now. Have it any sauce by sprinkling onions over it.
