Barbeque Chicken Wings
½ Kg chicken wings (with skin); ½ tsp cayenne pepper; ½ tsp smoked paprika; ½ tsp crushed black pepper; ½ tsp garlic powder; salt to taste; 4 tbsp barbeque sauce; 1 tbsp tomato ketchup; 1½ tbsp honey and Olive oil as required
Preparation Of Barbeque Chicken Wings
Marinate the chicken wings with black pepper and garlic powder.
Rub the ingredients well with the wings until nicely coated and let it refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Now, bake them in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
Take another bowl and combine the barbeque sauce along with honey, olive oil and ketchup.
Now, season the baked chicken with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Toss the wings in the sauce and bake again for 10 minutes until cooked well.
Serve hot with the desired dip...
Slightly roasted Puffed rice - 2 cups; Oil - 2 tbsp; Sev - 2 tbsp; Chilli powder - ½ tsp; Salt to taste
Fried peanuts - 2 tbsp; Finely chopped onion - 1; Finely chopped tomato - ½; Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp; Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Preparation Of Jhalmuri
Take the puffed rice into a bowl and add the oil, chilli powder, salt and peanuts. Mix them well until the puffed rice coated well.
Now add the chopped onion, tomato, coriander and lemon juice. Give them a quick mix and finally add the sev.
That's it! The tasty and tangy 'Bhel Puri' is ready to crisp.
