  • Eggs - 3egg paratha

  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder - a pinch

  • Salt to taste

  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp

  • Garam masala - ½ tsp

  • Chopped onion - 1 medium

  • Chopped green chillies - 1

  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup

  • Water as required

  • Oil as required

Preparation Of Anda/ Egg Paratha

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add required salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.

  2. Mix them well until you get a nice consistency and set it aside.

  3. Now into a bowl add wheat flour, a pinch of salt and required water. Mix them well and knead it into a soft dough. Close it and rest it for about 30 minutes.

  4. Thereafter, divide the dough into equal sized balls and roll them into chapati size.

  5. Heat a pan and slightly roast the chapati on both the sides and add a tbsp of egg mixture on it and spread it evenly with a spatula.

  6. Leave it for a minute and slowly fold the chapati from four sides forming a square shape. Let it cook and then gently flip it on to the other side and cook it until done. Follow the same procedure for the rest of the dough.

Note: You can shape the paratha as per your desired shape.
