Ingredients You Need
Boiled eggs - 5
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Gram flour - ½ cup
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Water as required
Oil to deep fry
Method To Prepare Egg Bonda
Into a bowl add some salt, turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pepper powder and mix them well.
Take hold of an egg and make slits on it using a knife and roll it in the prepared spices powder. Follow the same for the rest of the eggs.
Now into a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, salt ot taste, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, little water and mix them well. Make sure that the batter should not be too runny.
Now dip the masala coated boiled eggs in this batter until they are coated well with it.
Heat the oil in a wok and drop the coated eggs one by one and deep fry them.
And, the super delicious 'Egg Bondas' are ready to munch now. Have them with tomato sauce!
