Anjeer/ Figs - 8-10
Hot water as required
Almonds - 5-6
Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
Cream - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 1 cup
Pistachios to garnish
Method To Prepare 'Anjeer Kulfi'
Prior to the preparation, soak the figs in the hot water for at least 30-60 minutes.
Then drain the water and transfer the soaked figs to the mixer along with the cardamom powder, cream and condensed milk. Blend all together into peak smooth texture.
Add some pistachios and transfer it into kulfi moulds and freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.
That's it! The chilled yet appetizing 'Anjeer Kulfi' is ready to hit your tummies. Before you eat, garnish the kulfi with the pistachios to get that rich taste.
Note: You can also add a pinch of saffron to the kulfi mixture to enhance the taste.
