Ingredients List

  • Fish Fillets - 10fish pakora

  • Gram flour - 2 ½ tbsp

  • Rice flour - 1 ½ tbsp

  • Corn flour - 2 tsp

  • Curd - 2tbsp

  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp

  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp

  • Carom seeds - ½ tsp

  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

  • Salt - To taste

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Chaat Masala for garnishing (optional)

Preparation Of Fish Pakora

  • Clean and cut the fish fillets into desired sized pieces and take them into a bowl.

  • Add all the ingredients except oil, chaat masala and mix them well until the fish pieces coated well with the masala.

  • Now, heat the oil in a wok and carefully drop the marinated fish pieces into the oil and deep fry them until golden brown.

  • Finally, transfer them into a paper lined plate to absorb the excess oil and sprinkle the chaat masala over them before you serve them.
