Fish Fillets - 10
Gram flour - 2 ½ tbsp
Rice flour - 1 ½ tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Curd - 2tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Carom seeds - ½ tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - To taste
Oil to deep fry
Chaat Masala for garnishing (optional)
Preparation Of Fish Pakora
Clean and cut the fish fillets into desired sized pieces and take them into a bowl.
Add all the ingredients except oil, chaat masala and mix them well until the fish pieces coated well with the masala.
Now, heat the oil in a wok and carefully drop the marinated fish pieces into the oil and deep fry them until golden brown.
Finally, transfer them into a paper lined plate to absorb the excess oil and sprinkle the chaat masala over them before you serve them.
