Well! Today on the occasion of 'National Chocolate Chip' day, let's have some palatable chocolate chip cookies. And without any delay, let's jump into the recipe doled out here. Here we go!
All-purpose flour - ¾ cup
Butter - 4-5 tbsp
Dark chocolate chips - ¾ cup
Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp
1 Egg white
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Milk - 1-2 tbsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Preparation Of 'Chocolate Chip Cookies'
Into a bowl, beat the butter by adding the egg white and vanilla essence into a soft and creamy texture.
Then sieve the all-purpose flour and baking soda into it and mix it well with a spatula.
Now add sugar, chocolate chips, milk and gently mix them well into a soft dough. Set some chocolate chips aside for further use.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into cookies.
Arrange the cookies on a baking tray lined up with the butter paper and place a few choco chips over the cookies and bake them at 180ºC for about 15-20 minutes.
