Chicken Potato Cutlet: A Simple Yet Yummy Snack For Your Kids...

When it comes to the preparation of snacks for the kids, it's always a difficult task for the moms. Everytime going with plain pakoras and noodles will make your kids get bored of these snacks... And it becomes a difficult task for moms thinking about what to prepare in the evenings... Are you one among those moms???

Worry not! Here we EeYuva have come up with a simple yet delicious quick snack recipe i.e., 'Chicken Potato Cutlet'. And we bet that your kid will definitely love this amazing snack. Here we go!

Ingredients You Need

  • Boneless chicken - 250 gm (cooked)

  • Potatoes - 2 (boiled)chicken potato cutlet

  • Chopped onion - 1 large

  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp

  • Chopped green chillies - 1-2

  • Garam masala - 1 tsp

  • Pepper powder - ¼ tsp

  • Red chilli powder - 1-2 tsp

  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp

  • Oil for frying

  • Beaten eggs - 2

  • Breadcrumbs - 1 cup

Preparation Of Chicken Potato Cutlet

  1. Prior to the preparation, mash the boiled potatoes and set it aside. Also, shred the boiled chicken and set it aside.

  2. Into a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix them well.

  3. Now take a small portion of this chicken-potato mixture and shape into a cutlet. Repeat the same for the remaining chicken mixture and set them aside.

  4. Now dip the chicken cutlets one after the other into the beaten egg liquid and then in the breadcrumbs and arrange them in a plate.

  5. Heat the oil in a pan and pan fry the cutlets until golden brown on both the sides. You can also deep fry the cutlets as per your desire.
