Worry not! Here we EeYuva have come up with a simple yet delicious quick snack recipe i.e., 'Chicken Potato Cutlet'. And we bet that your kid will definitely love this amazing snack. Here we go!
Ingredients You Need
Boneless chicken - 250 gm (cooked)
Potatoes - 2 (boiled)
Chopped onion - 1 large
Chopped coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Chopped green chillies - 1-2
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1-2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Beaten eggs - 2
Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
Preparation Of Chicken Potato Cutlet
Prior to the preparation, mash the boiled potatoes and set it aside. Also, shred the boiled chicken and set it aside.
Into a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix them well.
Now take a small portion of this chicken-potato mixture and shape into a cutlet. Repeat the same for the remaining chicken mixture and set them aside.
Now dip the chicken cutlets one after the other into the beaten egg liquid and then in the breadcrumbs and arrange them in a plate.
Heat the oil in a pan and pan fry the cutlets until golden brown on both the sides. You can also deep fry the cutlets as per your desire.
That's it! The crispy and yummy 'Chicken-Potato Cutlets' are ready to devour now...
