Chicken Nuggets: A Perfect Snack To Up Your Weekend Joy...

Chicken Nuggets are one of the popular fast foods that most of the people consume at restaurants. The crispy outside and soft inside with added delicious spices is the reason that many people fall for it. Well! Besides the taste, some of the restaurants prepare these tasty nuggets with the processed meat or chicken where in which they are absolutely unhealthy.

So, this time whenever you wanna crave for chicken nuggets, then do prepare them at your condo. Worry not! With out compromising the taste, here we have doled out the recipe for you. Have a look and do try them out this weekend.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken pieces - 300 gm

  • Egg - 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp

  • Onion powder - ½ tsp

  • Pepper powder - ½ tsp

  • Juice of a half lemon

  • Cornflour - 3 tbsp

  • Red chilli flakes - ½ tsp

  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp

  • All purpose flour - 1 tbsp

  • Bread crumbs - 2 cups

  • Oil to deep fry

Preparation Of Chicken Nuggets

  1. Into a bowl add chicken, egg, salt to taste, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 cup bread crumbs and mix them well.

  2. Now blend this chicken mixture into a smooth paste and set it aside.

  3. To prepare the corn flour slurry, mix in 1 tbsp corn flour, all purpose flour, half a tsp salt, little water and mix them well into a paste without any lumps.

  4. Now take a small portion of the chicken mixture and roll it into nuggets shape with your palms. Dip this nugget into the cornflour slurry and then roll it in the bread crumbs. Repeat the same for the rest of the chicken mixture.

  5. Heat the oil in a wok and gently drop the chicken nuggets in batches. Deep fry them until golden brown and dish them out into a paper lined plate.

And, the crispy, mouth-watering 'Chicken Nuggets' are ready to have now. Serve hot with the tomato ketchup or any dip.
