We all are busy bees, right? Of course! Engaging in various work schedules throughout the day might be an irked one. And, when it comes to breakfast, many of them skip it. Skipping the important meal of the day makes you fall sick and make a way to many health issues in a long run.
Fret not! Here we have a quick and delicious breakfast recipe, 'Chia seed pudding with fruits and nuts', which can be prepared easily in no time. By the way, it's very healthy and we are sure that you definitely love it.

Chia seeds - 3 tbsp
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - ½ tsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - ¼ tsp
Jaggery powder - 3 tbsp
Chopped almonds - 2 tbsp
Chopped pistachios - 2 tbsp
Dried or fresh figs - 5-6
Papaya, apple, banana (roughly chopped) - 2 tbsp each
You can use any seasonal fruits as per your desire.
You can replace coconut milk with the soy milk or almond milk or plain milk as well.
Into a bowl combine coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, honey and cinnamon powder. Mix them well and soak them overnight and refrigerate.
Method To Prepare Fruits & Nuts Chia Pudding...
Firstly heat a pan and caramelize the jaggery powder by adding little water. Add-in the chopped almonds and pistachios to it. Mix them well and set it aside.
Now arrange a large mason jar or a glass and start layering the fruits.
For this, add papaya pieces to the jar and pour a tbsp of soaked chia pudding. Then goes the apple pieces and a layer of chia pudding.
Sprinkle the figs and add banana and top it up with the chia pudding.
Finally, drizzle the nut mixture over the pudding and serve it chilled.
