Ingredients You Need

  • Bread slices - 2-3

  • Mozzarella cheese - ¾ cup

  • Butter - 3-4 tbsp (at room temperature)

  • Chopped garlic - 5-6 cloves

  • Crushed pepper - ½ tsp

  • Mixed herbs - ½ tsp

  • Chopped coriander - 1 small sprig

Method To Prepare Cheese Garlic Toast

  1. Mix in the ingredients - cheese, 2 tbsp butter, chopped garlic, pepper, mixed herbs, coriander in a bowl.

  2. Now place this cheese mixture equally on the bread slices and spread them evenly.

  3. Heat a tsp of butter on a pan and place the stuffed bread on it. Cover and toast for at least 3 minutes and dish it out.

  4. That's it! The yummy and cheesy garlic toast is ready to hit your tummies. Have it and enjoy your day...
