Eggs are always a special food for the egg lovers. And when it comes to the egg recipes, you might have tried the regular egg fry, omelette, masala egg curry, etc., Of course! These are the common egg recipes that everyone is aware of.

Well! Do you wanna try a different egg recipe? Then here it is! 'Boiled Egg Masala' - The soft boiled and pan-fried eggs with the addition of masala will become your perfect evening snack. So without any late, have a look at the recipe...

Ingredients

  • Boiled eggs - 5

  • Chopped onion - 1

  • Oil - 2 tsp

  • Chaat masala - ½ tsp

  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp

  • Chopped coriander leaves to garnish

  • Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Chopped green chillies - 2 (optional)

Preparation

  1. Halve the boiled eggs vertically and set them aside. Heat the oil in a pan and add red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt to taste and mix them well for a while.

  2. Then gently place the halved eggs on the pan and let them cook for a few minutes. Make sure that you place the inner side of the egg on the sauteed masala.

  3. Gently flip the eggs and fry them for few more minutes and off the flame.

  4. Dish them out into a plate and sprinkle the chaat masala, green chillies, chopped onions and then coriander leaves over the eggs.
