Ingredients You Need

  • Roasted oats - 135 gm

  • Almond flour - 2 tbsp

  • Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp

  • Cranberries - 1 tbsp

  • Raisins - 1 tbsp

  • Chia seeds - 1½ tbsp

  • Roasted flaxseed powder - 2 tbsp

  • Cinnamon powder - ½ tsp

  • Mashed bananas - 3

  • Maple syrup - 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

  • Coconut oil - ½ tsp
