Ingredients For Karela Stuff
Minced mutton - 300 gm; Chopped tomato - 1; Chopped onion - 1 medium; Chopped ginger - 1 tsp; Chopped garlic - 1 tsp; Chopped green chillies - 1-2; Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp; Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp; Dried red chilli flakes - 2 tsp; Dried pomegranate seeds - 2 tsp; Red chilli powder - 1½ tsp; Turmeric powder - ½ tsp; Salt to taste; Garam masala - ½ tsp; Cumin powder - ¼ tsp; Juice of a half lemon
Oil - ½ cup; Finely chopped onions - 2 medium; Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp; Finely chopped tomatoes - 2medium; Tomato puree - ¼ cup; Red chilli powder - ½ tsp; Turmeric powder - ½ tsp; Cumin powder - ½ tsp; Salt to taste; Coriander powder - 1 tbsp; Chopped green chilli - 1; Water - ¾ cup; Juice of a half lemon
