Eggs are a great hunger saviour for many of us, as the yummy taste and the nutrition in it keeps our tummy full for a longer time. Well! Coming to the Chinese cuisine, most of the people prefer it every once in a while as the appetising taste of that food will make people crave more.

Ingredients You Need
Eggs - 3
Cooked rice - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Chopped beans - 5-6
Chopped carrot - 1 small
Chopped green chillies - 2-3
Chopped spring onion white - ¼ cup
Chopped spring onion greens - ¼ cup
Chopped ginger - 2 inch
Chopped garlic - 8-10
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
White vinegar - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Oil as required
Preparation Of Egg Fried Rice
Beat the eggs in a bowl with little salt. Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture into it. Mix it well until scramble and take it off the flame and set it aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in another pan and saute the chopped ginger and garlic for a while. Then add the veggies – beans, carrot, green chillies, spring onions and stir them well for 2-3 minutes. Make sure that the veggies should not be overcooked.
Now add the scrambled eggs to it and mix it well on a medium flame. Then add the cooked rice, salt to taste, chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and give them a quick stir or toss them well on a medium to high flame.
Finally add the spring onion greens and toss them well on a high flame for a while.
The scrumptious 'Egg Fried Rice' is ready to serve now...
