Ingredients To Boil Chickpeas
Chickpeas - 1 cup (overnight soaked)
Tea leaves - 1 tbsp
Dried red chillies - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black cardamom - 1
Bay leaves - 2
Salt to taste
Other Ingredients
Chopped onions - 2 medium
Ginger - 1-inch piece
Garlic cloves - 4-5
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Black cardamom - 1
Red chillies - 2
Bay leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped tomatoes - 2 medium
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Caraway seeds - 1 tsp
Slitted green chillies - 3
Pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp
