You might have tasted a fresh, pulpy mango juice many times in summer. But have you ever tried a kaccha mango juice? If not, then give it a try this time. Believe us! It's really amazing and definitely tickles your taste buds with its sweet and tangy taste. Besides the taste, it is very healthy and boosts your body's metabolism with the much-needed electrolytes in this scorching summer.

Ingredients List aam panna

  • Raw mangoes - 4

  • Sugar - ½ cup

  • A pinch of salt

  • A pinch of black salt

  • Roasted cumin powder - ½ tsp

  • Mint leaves - 2 sprigs

  • Water as required

Method To Prepare Aam Panna...

  1. Pressure cook the raw mangoes by adding sufficient water for 1-2 whistles. Take it off the flame and wait till pressure goes off.

  2. Peel the skin and squeeze the pulp into a bowl and discard the seeds. Sift the pulp and boil the pulp along with sugar and ½ cup of water until sugar melts.

  3. Then add salt, black salt, cumin powder and let it boil on low flame to get a thick syrup texture. Switch off the flame and cool the mango syrup. Later, store it in a glass jar.

  4. Prepare the 'Aam Panna' by blending the 3-4 tbsp of this mango syrup along with 2 sprigs of mint leaves, ice cubes and sufficient water into a fine juice.
