Raw mangoes - 4
Sugar - ½ cup
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black salt
Roasted cumin powder - ½ tsp
Mint leaves - 2 sprigs
Water as required
Method To Prepare Aam Panna...
Pressure cook the raw mangoes by adding sufficient water for 1-2 whistles. Take it off the flame and wait till pressure goes off.
Peel the skin and squeeze the pulp into a bowl and discard the seeds. Sift the pulp and boil the pulp along with sugar and ½ cup of water until sugar melts.
Then add salt, black salt, cumin powder and let it boil on low flame to get a thick syrup texture. Switch off the flame and cool the mango syrup. Later, store it in a glass jar.
Prepare the 'Aam Panna' by blending the 3-4 tbsp of this mango syrup along with 2 sprigs of mint leaves, ice cubes and sufficient water into a fine juice.
