Boosted with the success of Samantha's Oh Baby, actor Rana Daggubati is in plans to remake the film in Hindi soon.

Directed by Nandini Reddy, Oh Baby tells the story of a 70-year-old woman who wakes up one day to find herself in the body of a 24-year-old. Featuring Samantha Akkineni in the lead role, the film is an official remake of the South Korean comedy Miss Granny. Rana has backed the film under his Suresh Productions banner.

“Although the plot and drama are the same, many adaptations and additional characters have been introduced in the film" Rana said in a recent media interaction.

Asked about the challenges to be faced while making remakes, Rana told: "The adaptation, the characters and the story must feel like it's happening in a world and the characters should be such that they find a connection with the audiences."

The film, which was released on July 5, stars Naga Shaurya, Rao Ramesh, Laxmi, and Rajendra Prasad in crucial roles.
