It is quite a surprise for the movie lovers to see the name of South India's ace director K. Selvaraghavan's name on the story credits, now the question pops as if which movie of his is it? The Twitter went a buzz on it and declared it as the official or the marathi topographical bollywood version of 7/G Rainbow Colony aka 7/G Brindavan Colony.
While 7/G Brindavan Colony was a cult hit in those days for its realistic take on love and family emotions, both actors Ravi Krishna and Sonia Aggarwal excelled in their roles but this 'Malaal' is bit extremist in its approach and lacks the balance in its true feel. Moreover, the movie has once again became a topic of nepotism as Bhansali launched newbies Meezan Jaaferi son of actor Javed Jaaferi and Sharmin Segal, the female lead is the neice of Bhansali himself.
'Malaal' is directed by Mangesh Hadawale and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It is due for release on June 28. Let's wait and see how well the audience receive this newcomers!
