Honey And Coconut Flour Face Mask
One ripened banana
One tbsp of honey
One and a half tbsp of coconut flour
Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork and then add honey to it. Mix well until it turns out into a paste. Then goes the coconut flour; mix properly and see to that there are no lumps formed.
Using your fingers or a brush apply this pack to your face leaving your eye area. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then remove the pack with a cloth and then wash your face with tepid water.
Body Scrub With Coconut Butter
2 tbsp of coconut butter
1 tbsp of sea salt
Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of coconut butter along with 1 tbsp of sea salt. Mix well and apply it on your face and body. Wash off after 10 minutes. That's it! Your dead skin is gone in no time.
You can even replace sea salt with brown sugar for face exfoliation.
Hair Serum With Coconut Water
2 tablespoons of freshly extracted aloe vera gel
4 tablespoons of coconut water
2 tablespoons of jojoba oil
Note: You also need a spray bottle for storing the hair serum
Take a wide bowl and add the freshly extracted aloe vera gel and then goes the coconut water. Mix them well and then transfer them into a blender. Blend them well by adding jojoba oil and spoon it out. That's it! Your hair serum is ready. Pour the concoction into a spray bottle and store it in a cool place.
After shampooing and apply the conditioner, then rinse off the hair with water well. Thereafter, spritz the serum on to your hair and spread it all over your tresses with your hands avoiding the scalp. Leave it and then see the magic.

Coconut oil can be used as a makeup remover. It helps to eliminate the free radicals from the face by clearing the clogged pores. Coconut oil also fights redness and irritation and reduces acne while leaving your skin condition from within.
When used as a massage oil, its hydrating and healing properties help soothing and relaxing the mind.
Applying coconut oil regularly underneath and around your eye area can prevent wrinkles and reduce puffiness and under-eye circles.
Include a few drops of coconut oil into your bathtub along with bath salt. The hot water melts the oil and you can literally soak into its moisturising benefits.
Mix honey and coconut oil in equal parts and apply it as a face mask. The mask will help to clear acne and keep skin soft and glowing.
You can mix coarse sugar with coconut oil and use it to exfoliate skin, the grainy sugar will slough off dead skin and the oil will leave the skin moisturised.
Rub coconut oil on minor cuts, scrapes and bruises. The oil calms down the area and creates a barrier against dirt and bacteria.
