Well, Coconut water can be used in a DIY hair serum! Yes, you heard it right!

Ingredients Needed

  • 2 tablespoons of freshly extracted aloe vera gel

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut water

  • 2 tablespoons of jojoba oil

Note: You also need a spray bottle for storing the hair serum



  • Take a wide bowl and add the freshly extracted aloe vera gel and then goes the coconut water. Mix them well and then transfer them into a blender adding jojoba oil to it. Blend them well and spoon it out. That's it! Your hair serum is ready. Pour the concoction into a spray bottle and store it in a cool place.

  • After shampooing and applying the conditioner, rinse off the hair with water well. There after, spritz the serum on to your hair and spread it all over your tresses with your hands avoiding the scalp. Leave it and then see the magic.


  • Coconut water keeps your hair hydrated and prevents breakage. From nourishing the scalp to detangling your hair in an easy way, it does everything that is beneficial to your hair by controlling frizz and dryness.
