Continuing the festive joy after the gala New Year celebrations, Pongal brings bundles of happiness to your condos. Besides the designer half sari, statement accessories and dewy makeup, you need to turn heads with a wowsome hairstyle. As it is basically called 'Farmers Festival' celebrated mostly in a traditional way, adding a touch of a traditional tweak to your hairstyles will give you the needed attention. That doesn't mean simply go ahead with braids and buns.

We EeYuva suggest you to try out a classy, stylish and a-la-mode hairstyle which takes your traditional festive look a notch higher… And looking out for the same, we found an amazing and wowsome hairstyle! We share it with our readers and dole out the step-by-step process… Have a look!

Step One

Pongal being the first traditional festival of the year, it is common that you go for a hair bath. But before night, do pamper your hair with a warm oil massage and in the morning pick a herbal shampoo and then go for conditioner. Let your tresses dry naturally and then de-tangle them with a wide-toothed comb.

Step Two

This hairstyle look is simple to don… You firstly need to brush all your hair backwards and then pull out sections of hair exactly from the crown part, left and right sides as shown in the image.

Step Three

Now go for a braid with these three sections of hair and then you need to continue braiding hair by adding a few strands of tresses from the left side and right side as shown in the image.

Step Four

Secure the braid with a band and then enhance the look of your hairdo adding floral embellishments and of course a few designer clips and hair accessories.

Voila! You are done… Just look into the mirror and you will be amazed! Make your festival a memorable one with that right touch of makeup and classy hairstyle!
