Peppermint Cooling Toner For Refreshment

List Of Ingredients

  • ½ cup of water

  • ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

  • 10-20 drops of peppermint essential oil

  • Empty spray bottle

     

Process

Take about half a cup of filtered water for the base and mix a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar. Now add 10–20 drops of peppermint essential oil depending on your skin sensitivity. Combine and store in a spray bottle. Spray it on your face at any time during the day for a dose of refreshment.

This application helps to treat acne spots, dead skin cells and freshens the skin.

Peppermint Hair Serum For Scalp Problems

List Of Ingredients

  • 2 hibiscus flowers

  • 1 tsp of aloe vera gel

  • ¼ tsp of vitamin E oil

  • 10 drops of peppermint essential oil

  • Empty spray bottle

     

Process

Take two hibiscus flowers, separate the petals into the saucepan and add one cup of water into it. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before you strain the water into a bowl and let it cool for some time. Then mix one tsp of aloe vera gel and ¼ tsp of vitamin E oil. Put 10 drops of peppermint essential oil to the mixture. Blend it well and transfer it into a spray bottle for easy application. Then apply it on freshly washed, wet hair.

This application helps to reduce dryness, itching and other scalp problems.

Peppermint Exfoliating Foot Scrub For Soften

List Of Ingredients

  • ½ cup of brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • 3-5 drops of peppermint essential oil

     

Process

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl, add 3-5 drops of peppermint essential oil into it. Then apply this mixture to your feet and rub it with your fingers into a circular motion for about 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
